Small changes can add up to big differences. One of the initiatives we're proud of is our gifting lounges. Our team has worked tirelessly to identify local resources for gifting stations to fit any budget and support the local communities we operate in simultaneously. Creating lounges for attendees to choose gifts also helps with sustainability since you're no longer providing them a tote bag full of items that may get discarded or left behind, but the experience becomes an interactive way for them to choose a gift they'll remember and cherish. This one small change can make a big difference and can help your attendees feel connected to both the destination and the program.
