Planning & Event Design

Your local Terramar team will work closely with you to plan and design your program to not only meet your requirements but exceed your expectations. We are a local extension of your team, dedicated to the success of your event.

These services include Destination Analysis and Program Consultation, Budget Management, Theme Design, Customized Group Activities, Content Development, and Media Production, including videos, graphics, branding, and a customized program registration website.

Graphic Design & Printing

Our in-house Creative Department and Media Center provide clients with comprehensive graphic design, printing, and marketing services. With top-of-the-line printing equipment, we can produce a wide range of formats, from business cards to large-format posters, signs, and magazines. 

You can send your event materials digitally—such as program booklets, daily agendas, signage, and menus—and we'll print them locally. This helps your team save time and reduce costs associated with customs broker fees, shipping charges, and additional airline expenses.

Our Media Center can also create custom program websites, allowing your clients easy access to all relevant information and for you to update information real time. We also offer sustainable options, including digital signage and printing on compostable and recycled paper.
