San Diego is home to historic and world-renowned national parks and attractions, including Old Town San Diego, Cabrillo National Monument, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo Safari Park, LEGOLAND California Resort, and the USS Midway Museum. Orange County

Known around the world as “The OC,” Orange County, California immerses you in the ultimate Southern California lifestyle…casual sophistication, pristine beaches, legendary theme parks, and endless options for fun in the sun or cultural exploration. With sun-soaked days and star-filled nights, here you will experience the real California dream.

Just minutes from The OC’s 42 miles of beaches, Orange County area tourism offers an innumerable amount of fun destinations, events, sights, and so much more. Discover magical adventures and adrenaline-pumping rides at the original Disneyland Resort and the always thrilling Knott’s Berry Farm or let your own imagination go at renowned art festivals and celebrated performing arts centers. OC Parks offers sprawling wilderness and nature parks, perfect for recreation of the sun-soaked variety, with miles of trails and coastal preserves to explore.

For romance, rejuvenation, or a taste of “the good life,” pamper yourself at one of The OC’s luxurious beach resorts or spas. Indulge in imaginative cuisine that is as tasteful as it is artistic. The OC has produced a new generation of award-winning chefs, taking full advantage of California’s bountiful produce and local seafood. Browse the extensive collection of designer stores that make shopping in The OC an attraction in itself. Keep one eye on the ball and one on the waves at The OC’s many coastal golf courses.

Palm Springs

Palm Springs, California lies on the western edge of the Coachella Valley, within the Colorado Desert, approximately 110 miles southeast of Los Angeles and 140 miles northeast of San Diego. To the east of Palm Springs are several other desert cities including Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Desert Hot Springs, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Indio.

Palm Springs has more than 350 days of sunshine with less than 5 inches of rain annually. Winter temperatures average in the 70s with nights in the mid-40s. The dry desert heat of summer pushes daytime temperatures into the 100s, which is enjoyed by sun seekers from around the globe.

This sun-drenched desert oasis destination is returning to its glory days as a Hollywood playground. It is a central gathering spot for modern architectural design aficionados, musicians, and artists drawn by nature’s inspiration and an increasing crowd of cool-seekers. It could be the surge of popular events, like the Palm Springs International Film Festival, Modernism Week, and Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals, or the openings of incredibly unique museums, such as the Architecture and Design Center in downtown Palm Springs. The nearby Sunnylands Estate features a garden and walking paths inspired by Vincent Van Gogh’s paintings. Stars such as Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope, and Lucille Ball all built homes in Palm Springs, adding a touch of stardust.

If this isn’t enough to entice you, soar to the top of Mount San Jacinto on the world famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, play a round of golf at Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, or hike the ancient palm groves of the Indian Canyons.
