Our Vice-president of Engagement, Kate Patay, plays a pivotal role in our give-back initiatives, currently serving as the chairperson of the SEARCH Foundation. This 501c3 organization is dedicated to aiding industry professionals in times of crisis, providing immediate support when it’s needed the most.

To date, SEARCH has distributed over $1 million back into our industry, a testament to the power of collective effort and generosity. The foundation is completely funded by companies and individuals within the industry, ensuring that help is available when disaster strikes. A recent example of this swift action was witnessed in Maui, where over $140,000 was distributed within days to assist professionals in need.
